Spain is part of Europe's Schengen group of countries, and so the same visa and immigration rules apply. The countries including in the Schengen agreement include:

If you are travelling within Europe you are likely to not have any restrictions on items such as alcohol, tobacco and perfume.
Travel to the Canary Islands
Although the Canary islands are part of Spain politically, for trade purposes they are not classed as EU. Hence there are customs restrictions on items such as alcohol, tobacco and perfume when travellingn to or from this region.
